American Florists’ Exchange Scholarship is offered to undergraduate students in California every year. The scholarship is listed on the American Floral Endowment (AFE) for students of agriculture. Students are eligible to apply for five more scholarships with a single application.
The Original Los Angeles Flower Market (Also called American Florists’ Exchange) issues scholarships to students who are residents of California. If you are an Undergraduate student majoring in agriculture and have a passion to pursue floriculture so, you are eligible to apply for the program. Also, you must have a minimum GPA required 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0). You need to fill out an online application and provide your résumé and two recommendation letters.

Eligibility Criteria

- Be pursuing a career in or related to FLORICULTURE or HORTICULTURE.
- Must be a CITIZEN OR RESIDENT OF THE U.S. OR CANADA or be enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the U.S. or Canada.
- Must have a minimum 2.0 grade point average.

- Two letters of recommendation – Preferably one from a teacher and one from an employer. Please do not submit more than two letters of recommendation. Selection Process
Students will be selected based on their past academic record and experience through transcripts, recommendation letters, and résumé. Students need to show their interest in pursuing floriculture as well.
