The Center for Public Integrity (CPI) is a nonprofit newsroom, aimed at offering innovative, ethical investigative journalism that sheds light on the causes and impacts of inequality. The fellow will be offered a $30,000 stipend and will get 100% tuition. The fellow is responsible for fees and health insurance.

Eligibility Criteria
Follow the requirements for applying for the Program:
- Applied and accepted to the MA in Journalism and Public Affairs.
- Must have enrolled full-time (9 credits or more).
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Application Process
To apply for the program, you will have to submit your application.
You must have an admission to the MA in Journalism and Public Affairs at ApplySOC and select an interest in The Center for Public Integrity as part of the application.
- Resume
- Cover letter, no more than two pages, describing your interest in and qualifications for The AU SOC – Center for Public Integrity Fellowship.
- Up to three samples of work (provide links to your work in one pdf document).
- Two additional letters of recommendation, addressing your professional qualifications and how you would benefit from the fellowship.

Selection Process
The scholarship will be offered based on the applicant’s complete application, cover letter, résumé, up to three examples of work, and two more letters of recommendation.
