Centre launched E-Sampada web portal and mobile app
On 25th December 2020, The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has started off a new web portal and mobile app named e-Sampada. it aims to increase transparency and accountability among the public to ensure ease of living in the country.
- Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has inaugurated a website and mobile app on the occasion of the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

About e-Sampada
- E-Sampada is based on ‘One Nation, One System’ and has 4 websites such as eawas.nic.in, grpa.nic.in, holidayhomes.nic.in and states.gov.in and along with it, there are two mobile apps such as m-Awas and m-Ashoka5.
- NIC has designed and developed web portal and mobile app and it will be available for Android and iOS.

- Will provide a Personalised Dashboard for all
- It will contain the real-time status on license fees/dues and service usage.
- Will offer digital modes so, no requirement of cash. all transactions will be cashless.
