Exercise Orion: Bilateral military drill between IAF, French Air and Space Force in France
Exercise Orion, a bilateral military drill between the Indian Air Force and the French Air and Space Force (FASF) started at the Mont-de-Marsan airbase in France. The exercise will be held from 17 April to 05 May 2023, with the IAF Contingent comprising four Rafale, two C-17, two ll-78 aircraft, and 165 air warriors.

A Madurai prison psychologist is honoured for preparing the best training manuals for prison officers. She prepared 5 manuals such as Welfare Officer Basic Training, Jail Doctor Basic Training, Jail Doctor Intermediate Training, Jail Reform Programme, and Jail Guards Stress Reduction Training. Madurai Central Jail Psychologist Jayanthi participated on behalf of Tamil Nadu and got a medal and an award.
Indian-American FedEX CEO Raj Subramaniam presented with Pravasi Bharatiya Samman
Indian-American CEO of global transportation giant FedEx Raj Subramaniam, received the prestigious Pravasi Bharatiya Samman, the highest civilian award presented by India to persons of Indian origin and the Indian diaspora. India’s Ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu presented the award to Subramanian at a ceremony at the India House.
