Eligibility Criteria And Qualifications
- Must be a high school senior at the time of application – Scholarships cannot be deferred
- Must have a Minimum cumulative GPA: of 3.0
- Must have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Must have devoted a minimum of 100 hours to community service, volunteer, or mentorship activities during 4 years of high school
- Must be a US citizen or legal resident
Application Process
High school transcript(s) (upload document)
- Email addresses for two recommenders (cannot use the same person for both)
o School Recommendation (form within the application)
o Community Service Recommendation (form within the application) - FAFSA
o FAFSA Submission Summary which includes the Student Aid Index (SAI)
o Student Aid Index (SAI) - Must match the amount listed on the FAFSA Submission Summary
- Letter of acceptance from college/university you will be attending (upload document)
o Cost of attendance for that college/university
o Financial aid award letter from that college/university (upload document)
Selection Process
The selection committee will select the application forms based on their academic record, extracurricular activities, financial need, personal statement, recommendation letters, and community service involvement.
