The Wyoming Community Foundation (WYCF) established the Kenneth and Carrie Carns Nursing (KCCN) Scholarship and has offered more than $100 million to charitable organizations. The KCCN Scholarship is offered to Wyoming nursing students who are enrolled in any post-secondary institution and who have either completed high school or received a GED
The award includes $3,000 for study toward an Associate’s degree and $5,000 for study toward a bachelor’s degree every year.

Eligibility Criteria
Follow the requirements for applying for the Program:
Any high school graduate or GED recipient, or current enrollee in a postsecondary institution, who is a Wyoming resident.
Must have a minimum GPA score of 3.0.

Essay answers must be between 2,000 and 3,000 characters.
- Describe any barriers (financial, educational, or otherwise) you may have in pursuing your career in nursing.

Selection Process
