Kosrae Constitution Day is observed every year on January 11, aimed at commemorating the instituting of a constitution in the State of Kosrae. Kosrae was formerly called Kusaie or Strong’s Island. It is an island situated in the Federated States of Micronesia. It has the main island of Kosrae and neighboring islands and islets. The state capital is Tofol.
