lyricist Anwar Sagar passed away
- Noted lyricist and member of Indian Performing Right Society Limited (IPRS), Anwar Sagar has taken his last breath. he is known for his hit track Waada Raha Sanam from Akshay Kumar-starrer Khiladi in 1992.
- He also wrote lyrics to films such as Yaarana, Salaami, Aa Gale Lag Jaa and Vijaypath among and so on. in addition, he had worked with music directors such as Nadeem-Shravan, Rajesh Roshan, Jatin-Lalit and Anu Malik.
