MapmyIndia will make Bhuvan with ISRO
MapmyIndia has made a partnership with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in order to provide an indigenous satellite-based mapping service “Bhuvan”.
- Bhuvan will be an alternative app to Google maps.
- it will provide mapping and other location-based services in India.
- Along with it, the app will use ISRO’s database of satellite images and MapmyIndia’s digital map platform.
