Eligibility Criteria
Follow the requirements for applying for the Program:
- Must be residing in California, Texas, Oregon, and Washington.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must hold a high school diploma and have a GPA of 3.0.
- Must be full- or part-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in civil engineering, welding engineering, welding engineering technology, or a related field to help them complete their studies.
