President Droupadi Murmu will inaugurate a wide plate mill of state-owned special steel manufacturer MIDHANI in Hyderabad, which has been installed at its existing facility at an investment of around Rs 500 crore for the rolling of slabs of various alloys. The wide plate mill facility aims to fulfill the requirements of special steel plates for national strategic programs and also facilitate import substitutes.
- On 27th December 2022, the President of India, Droupadi Murmu will inaugurate the wide plate mill and eminent dignitaries and distinguished guests will be also present.
