SN Subrahmanyan as new CMD of L&T, AM Naik steps down – Larsen & Toubro’s non-executive chairman A M Naik decided to step down from the post and will serve as the Chairman Emeritus. the company’s chief executive officer & managing director, S N Subrahmanyan has been appointed as the chairman and managing director of the company with effect from October 1, 2023.

• Naik will step down as the company’s non-executive chairman with effect from September 30, 2023.
• He was conferred the status of Chairman Emeritus by the board.
• He is associated with the company for more than 58 years.
