Trinity College Dublin offers TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships award for international students. The scholarship is granted to students who want to study in Ireland. Trinity College Dublin selects candidates for the TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships based on academic merit.
- It will be available to non-EU tuition-paying students enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program.
- Candidates can fill in the applications for the September 2024 intake.
- The Scholarships cover an amount between 3,000 EUR to 5,000 EUR.
- It will include a reduction in tuition fees for the first year of study only.

Eligibility Criteria
You need an academic, extracurricular and volunteering record to qualify for the TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships. Follow the eligibility criteria to be eligible for the scholarship.
- Applicant must be an international student.
- He/she has got a conditional or firm admission offer in a full-time postgraduate program at Trinity College Dublin.
Note – applicants will have to submit the scholarship application to the Regional Officer.
Application Process
Submit the scholarship application as follows:
Email your application to your Regional Officer. If you are unsure who your Regional Officer is, select your country of residence on this page and verify the name of your Regional Officer in the “Contact Details” Section.
Subject line: your name + Trinity application ID + Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship
Scholarship Application Documents (please ensure all documents include your name and Trinity Application ID):
- Trinity Offer Letter (Applicants must have received a conditional or firm offer of a place in a Trinity postgraduate course).
- 200-word statement on “How I will contribute to our Trinity College Dublin community.” – submit in Microsoft Word document or pdf format.
- CV/Resume
- You will be given an acknowledgement of receipt of the scholarship request.
- Your Regional Officer will notify you if you’ve been selected for a scholarship and will inform you of the process to formally accept the scholarship.
- The deadline for all Americas Scholarship Applications is April 1st.

The Trinity College Dublin will assess students for the TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship. The scholarships will be awarded based on-
