The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and PPG Industries provide financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member schools including 53 publicly-supported HBCUs, HBCCs, PBIs, and medical and law schools. Under the program, 8 scholars will be chosen to obtain a renewable need-based scholarship of up to $10,000.00 ($5,000 per semester) for the 2024-2025 academic school year

Eligibility Criteria
Follow the requirements for applying for the Program:
- Must be enrolled full-time as a junior or senior at a TMCF member school during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
- Must have a current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Must demonstrate a financial need.
- Must have the 2024-2025 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
