SBI and Border Security Force sign MoU to offer curated benefits through CAPSP Scheme

The State Bank of India (SBI) and Border Security Force (BSF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in order to offer solutions for financial security to serving and retired BSF personnel and family pensioners through the Central Armed Police Salary Package (CAPSP) Scheme.

  • The MoU aims to benefit and ensure financial security for the BSF personnel and their families.
  • It will also offer a host of curated benefits through our Central Armed Police Salary Package (CAPSP), and will ensure ease of access to banking facilities for them and their families.”

Vinay Mohan Kwatra appointed as new foreign secretary

The Central Government has appointed Vinay Mohan Kwatra as the new Foreign Secretary of India on April 4, 2022, and his appointment was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
Vinay Mohan will replace Harsh Vardhan Shringla who will retire from his position at the end of April 2022.

  • Vinay Kwatra has also served as India’s Ambassador to Nepal.
