Application Process
- You must complete the application sheet and a set of questions provided by the RI Foundation.
- Submit an essay of fewer than 300 words that outlines the applicant’s career goals and how they relate to practicing nursing in Rhode Island.
- Submit evidence of financial need by submitting the Financial Information Worksheet provided by the RI Foundation and a Student Aid Report (SAR) from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Provide a letter of acceptance included in all applications and the most recent academic transcript.
Selection Process
You will be selected based on academic excellence, financial need, dedication to the communities of Rhode Island, and your willingness to stay in Rhode Island to practice nursing after graduation.
